By downloading or using the RoxConnect app, these terms will automatically apply to you — so please make sure you read them carefully before proceeding.
You are not permitted to:
• Copy or modify the app or any part of it
• Use our trademarks in any way
• Attempt to extract the app’s source code
• Translate the app into other languages
• Create derivative versions
The app, including all related trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, remains the property of RoxConnect.
Use of the Service
RoxConnect is provided as a Freemium mobile application, with some features accessible for free and others potentially available through paid plans in the future. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or charge for services at any time — but we will always make it clear if and when any charges apply.
The app stores and processes personal data that you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and your access to the app.
We recommend not jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise its security and interfere with the proper functioning of RoxConnect.
Internet Connectivity
Some functions of the app require an active internet connection. This may be through Wi-Fi or mobile data. RoxConnect is not responsible for reduced app functionality due to lack of connectivity or insufficient data allowance.
If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi zone, your mobile provider’s terms still apply, and you may incur additional charges (e.g. roaming fees). By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges.
If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have received authorization to use the app.
Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party tools and analytics providers that may collect data to identify or analyze usage patterns. These include:
• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Sentry
We recommend reviewing their privacy policies for further information on how they handle your data.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your device is charged and operational. We cannot be held liable if your inability to use the Service is due to device failure, power loss, or mismanagement of your own device.
Reliance on Third-Party Information
While we strive to keep RoxConnect up to date and accurate, certain features rely on data provided by third parties. RoxConnect accepts no liability for losses, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on this information.
App Updates and Termination
RoxConnect is available on Android and iOS. The system requirements may change, and you may need to update the app to continue using it.
You agree to accept all updates offered to you. We may also discontinue the app or your access to it at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:
• Your rights and licenses under these Terms will end
• You must stop using the app and delete it from your device if required

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Please review them regularly. All updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately unless stated otherwise.
