Three ways to partner up

Every HYROX athlete is looking for something slightly different. RoxConnect has a mode for each.

  • Doubles partner — someone at your pace for Doubles, Mixed Doubles or Pro Doubles at a specific race.
  • Relay team — three teammates for a four-person relay, from the same gym or from anywhere.
  • Training partner — someone near you for sled sessions, long runs and race simulations.

Why race-based matching works

Generic fitness apps match you with anyone nearby. HYROX partners need more than that: the same race date, the same division and a similar finish time. RoxConnect is organised around the HYROX calendar, so every match starts from the race you're actually going to.

Profiles show past HYROX results and the stations each athlete is strongest at, so you can plan who takes the sled push and who takes the wall balls before you ever meet.

Yes. Downloading and using RoxConnect is free, including up to 2 new conversations per month. Premium removes the limits.

Can I find a partner if I have never raced HYROX?

Yes. Many athletes on RoxConnect are preparing for their first race. Profiles show experience, so you can find someone at the same stage.

Do I need to live near my partner?

No. For doubles and relay, matching by race matters more than distance — many partners train apart and meet on race day. For training partners, RoxConnect shows athletes near you.
